Dora understands that pregnancy, birth and motherhood can be physically demanding on your body. She strongly believes every woman should have access to physiotherapy services to be pain-free, safe and strong throughout your pregnancy journey.

Whether you are a first time mum, or have had previous children, Dora strongly believes every woman should have a prenatal and postnatal assessment to be educated about safe exercise throughout pregnancy and postnatal recovery, how to activate your pelvic floor correctly and how to prevent common pregnancy and postnatal conditions (listed below).

Dora works with your obstetrician, general practitioner and midwife to ensure continuity of care throughout your pregnancy, birth and postnatal period.
