About Dora
Dora Pandeloglou is a Melbourne-based Physiotherapist who has worked extensively in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal and Sport Physiotherapy. Dora uses a holistic and proactive treatment approach that combines hands on therapy, education and exercise therapy for optimal client centred care.
Dora developed a passion for Women’s Health physiotherapy during University and her final year placement at the Royal Women’s Hospital, where she was fascinated with the body’s changes in pregnancy and other women’s health conditions that she could help and treat. Having gone through her own journey of significant pelvic pain, she knew that this was an area she will continue to love to help others.
Her enthusiasm for Sport Physiotherapy began while completing her exercise and sports science degree, were she worked at a number of sporting clubs alongside physiotherapists, and strength and condition coaches.
Dora has worked extensively in the area of group and clinical Pilates, and uses this, in addition to her sound knowledge of exercise prescription to ensure all of her clients achieve their long-term exercise and sporting goals.
Dora strongly believes every one should be pain-free and have access to high quality services throughout all life stages. Dora works closely with general practitioners, specialists and other allied health practitioners to ensure the best outcomes for her clients.
